Passion, responsibility and teamwork? That's the EPSILON Spirit!

If there were a dress code for working at PALFINGER EPSILON, it certainly wouldn't involve freshly ironed white shirts. It would be much more likely to include outdoor jackets and hiking boots. That's because we're as close to our customers as it's possible to get: outside. That's where our machines are used. That's where we can see what works well – and what has room for improvement. We can then take these findings to the drawing board and the production hall. We tinker and draw up designs, put things together and tighten bolts. That means that our machinery is created on the basis of the requirements of our customers. We turn words into lifting capacity, installation height and boom geometry. We focus on solutions, not problems.

The chief component in EPSILON cranes is our passionate enthusiasm for them. That's because in our eyes, they are more than just machines. We put our hearts and souls into them – and that's the EPSILON spirit. We love having the freedom and responsibility to contribute our own ideas and start every day knowing that we are helping to shape the future.

If you want a job that does more than just pay the rent and truly gives you fulfilment, advancement and inspiration, then PALFINGER EPSILON is the place for you. And don't forget your hiking boots.

To find the best solutions, we are looking for you!

Life is constantly growing. Everything changes and develops, there is no stagnation. The same is true of PALFINGER EPSILON: We grow at every task. And face new challenges every day. To do it all, we need you!
