1980

Company founded in Regenstauf, Bavaria (GER).
1988

EPSILON becomes part of the PALFINGER Group. Access to a worldwide sales and service network paves the way for international growth.
2000

After relocations from Regenstauf (GER) to Lengau and Köstendorf (AT), EPSILON establishes its permanent home in Elsbethen near Salzburg. A small, passionate development team lays the technological foundations for today’s innovative strength.
2005

Launch of the EPSILON Plus series: for the first time, customers are offered a full portfolio covering different lifting capacities, geometries, and control systems
2006

Introduction of a complete off-road crane range for forwarder, skidder, tractor, and chipper applications.
2008

Market launch of the EPSOLUTION series. Patented innovations such as the internally routed hose system in the knuckle boom (EPSCOPE) and the unique joint-rotator combination (EPSLINK) simplify daily work and set new industry benchmarks. With crane models from 7 to 30 meter-tons, multiple control options, and sector-specific solutions, customer needs take center stage.
2009

Focus on Internationalization – Russia, USA, Brazil, Japan, Korea… step by step, customer requirements are understood and transformed into new products.
2014

Expansion with a new assembly hall, the opening of the Innovation Center, and the launch of the NEXT EPSOLUTION M-Series. New pilot-operated hydraulics and the MASTER DRIVE high-seat system place operator comfort at the forefront.
2015

Opening of the new logistics center at Elsbethen. Step by step, core processes in production are transformed and optimized.
Today

With GENERATION 3, we combine decades of crane-building expertise with the latest technologies, laying the foundation for the digital future of our products. Assistance systems such as SMART CONTROL and electronic end-position damping set new standards in ease of use and operator comfort.
